This policy covers Cucina Verona Osteria and the Cucina Verona Mercato, 124 E Laurel St, Fort Bragg, CA 95437, operated by MANY HATS LLC, doing business as Cucina Verona ("we", "us").

 

What we collect. When you book a table or join our waitlist we collect your name, phone number, email address, party size, date and time, and any notes you give us (for example allergies or a high chair). When you buy from us, our point-of-sale system records your order. Our website may use basic cookies to work properly and to count visits.

 

How we use it. To hold and manage your reservation or waitlist spot, to send you the confirmation you asked for, to tell you when your table is ready if you asked us to text you, and to contact you about your booking (for example if we have to change it). We do not sell your information.

 

Text messages. We only text you if you agree: by ticking the box when you book online, or by telling our host you want a text when your table is ready. These are service messages about your booking or table, not advertising. Message frequency varies (usually 1–2 per visit). Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop texts at any time, or HELP for help. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text-message opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third party.

 

Who else sees it. Only the companies that run our booking system, email and text delivery, and point of sale, and only so they can do that work for us. We may also share information if the law requires it.

 

How long we keep it. As long as we need it to run our reservations and for our records, then we delete it.

 

Your choices. You can ask us what we have about you, or ask us to correct or delete it. California residents have these rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act.
